Civil rights activists react to supreme court gutting Voting Rights Act


After the supreme court’s landmark ruling striking down Louisiana’s congressional map and gutting section 2 of the Voting Rights Act, Guardian US reporter Fabiola Cineas traveled to Alabama to speak to civil rights activists who fought for the landmark bill in 1965.
