Healthy Morning Mocha Smoothie ~ Kat's Favorite!


We're in the TIU kitchen at http://ift.tt/2Eej9eB and I'm sharing my go-to smoothie ~ Morning Mocha! It has espresso and it's chocolatey...because those are my faves ;) My trick is throwing in frozen cauliflower because it makes the texture so creamy and delicious! And I use our plant-based, non-GMO Tone It Up Protein. You can pick it up at Target so it's super convenient! Try the recipe below! Morning Mocha Smoothie 2 scoops Chocolate Tone It Up Protein (from Target!) 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice 1 handful of Ice 2 shots of espresso 2 Tbsp. espresso beans 2 cups unsweetened almond milk 1 Tbsp. chocolate covered espresso beans on the top Blend all ingredients except chocolate covered espresso beans.
