Healthy Strawberry Shortcake Pancake Recipe ~ Love Your Body Series!

This protein pancake makes an amazing, nutrient-packed breakfast, post-workout snack, or even a delish dessert that everyoneee will be obsessed with! Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes Serves 2 Ingredients: 2 scoops Vanilla Tone It Up Protein 1/2 cup of egg whites (or 2 flax eggs - 2 Tbsp. ground flax seed + 6 Tbsp. warm water) 1 banana, mashed 2 Tbsp. almond milk or coconut milk 1/2 cup chopped strawberries 1 tsp. cinnamon Coconut oil spray Directions: 1. Mash banana with almond milk before stirring in remaining ingredients. If you're using a flax egg instead of egg whites, allow the ground flax seeds and water to sit for 1-2 minutes before you add it into the mixture. 2. Spray pan with coconut oil spray and heat over medium-low before pouring in batter. Cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side.
